I have been trying to reach the customer support as the product delivered is defective but no one is answering the call.

The product was supposed to be installed at the time of delivery but the delivery person just dropped it and left. And when we tried to install it the product would fix properly as there is something defective in it.

We had ordered a bed of dimensions 78 by 72 inches of a certain design. The company sent the wrong bed design and has been delaying a proper response in terms of exchange or refunding or redressing of the grievance. They have not been responding properly, nor has there been proper communication on their part.

I have placed some orders but the app updated the orders to wrong specifications after it went to the cart. And now they are neither receiving my calls nor calling back. And not allowing me to cancel or return the orders which is approx Rs 16,000. I tried sending multiple emails but they just sent automated responses saying cancel is not allowed and resolves the ticket. How unprofessional and scamming customers. They dont value customers time and hard earned money. Very very disappointing

Ordered an item..shipment arrived and asked a COD although I paid everything while ordering online. Item taken back..more than a week now and no clue of when this will be delivered.. Case registered with customer care. The same story that with in 24 hrs it will be delivered...not delivered at all.. asked for a refund and no communication thereafter... Really pathetic customer service.. suggest be away from this company...

It's Extremely disappointing that my first purchase and first experience with Peppery Fry has been so horrible.

My Order ID :30933**** (Wardrobe) was Purchased on 2nd Nov, Delivered on 3rd November and When the carpenter came for assembly today i.e. 4th Nov, it was observed that parts are missing (Back Flap 1 piece is missing).

When the carpenter enquired the same in the warehouse it was informed that it may take a week to get that part delivered. This is extremely unacceptable that now I have to wait for a week for this.

When I reached your support through chat i was being said that you have to wait. Seriously pathetic.

Why the *** you guys dont have customer care number also ?

Recently I purchased jhula (swing bench) from Pepperfry, Neeladri Road, E City, Bangalore. While purchasing, surprised to see that we need to put our login credential on their device for making payments.

This is too riskly.

Anyways, my point is different.

1.With in one month, found big crack at Jhula bench. When approached them, they refused replacement saying no warranty on this product.

2.Accessories for fitment of Jhula were not matching with Jhula. Pepperfry refused to do installation as it was self-assemble category. I had to call carpenter and do it my doing few carpentry work

3.Few products at pepperfry are not under threir own brand.

They have tie-up with few local substandard brand and unfortunately my product fall into tie-up local brand.

In such case, you are gone. I dont know what criteria they follow to select such third party?

I am very disappointed with my experience ordering from Pepperfy. I purchased a 6 seater dining set Do that arrived 18 days after I placed my order.

When it was delivered, I found that it had a major defect and not sure what kind of Quality Checks have been done after premium price in comparison with other furniture stores.

I immediately contacted Pepperfy's customer service to start the refund process. Unfortunately, the customer service representatives were not helpful. Over a week later, they still have not initiated the refund process and seem to have no clear procedure for it.

In addition to the issues with the defective product and refund, I found Pepperfy's customer service to be sorely lacking. The representatives I spoke with did not seem knowledgeable on the company's policies and processes.

They were unable to provide me with clear information or timeline on getting my refund. The whole experience felt frustrating and opaque.

For a company that promises "happy deliveries," my experience ordering from Pepperfy has been anything but happy. From the weeks-long shipping time to the defective product to the terrible customer service, I am let down by Pepperfy and will not be shopping with them again in the future.

I hoped for better service and responsiveness from what seemed like a major online furniture company. Other customers beware - you may run into the same problems I encountered with delayed and damaged orders, and poor post-purchase support.

I ordered a mattress on 29th Jan 2024 and cancelled it within 2-3 days. its been three weeks and they keep telling me that i will receive a call from them as well as the refund. They make me wait for 2-3 days and nobody calls. They are not ready to refund my amount and they keep telling me that the assigned manager will call me. Kindly help me out and give me a quick resolution

Before confirming order your sales assistance promised to deliver the products to my hometown which is 160km ,he explained that the sofas which i booked need to be assembled , along with vehicle carpenter will arrive to assembled sofas, on 5th october we got a msg products reached to hyderabad hub.

and on 9th-oct-23 .your supervisor kunta raju-630143**** contact no he said that going to deliver goods on same day at hyderabad outskirts, here there was a mis communication between your sales asst & delivery supervisor, without knowledge he bought sofas to shamshabad . we didnt agree & we spoke with harry nelson & i spoke with madam i dnt know here desgination -815480**** contact no ,she said she will enquiry but no use ,again they rescheduled on 18-oct-23 .yesterday is 18-oct-23 ,your sale assistance is unresponsive no clarity regarding delivery of sofas next few days dussera festival is coming .what is the use of booking sofas by your pepperfry.com no proper responsive ,no clarity ,always bluffing,now he started WAYBILL problem for reaching products to my home town.

I have to return two items which is eligible for return till 6th December but on their app you put pictures of the piece you buy and give valid reason for return then also no space link where I can go ahead with the return and the customer care number is never reachable it gets automatically cut off also the message assistant is not showing the order I want to return. This whole process is so annoying and time consuming.
